The NOYAFA NF-908S is a compact 4-in-1 fibre and network kit: optical power meter, visual fault locator (VFL), RJ45 wiremap/continuity and a detachable wire tracker. Measure six common wavelengths on an English LCD, check fibre breaks with the red VFL, then map or tone RJ45 runs with the built-in SCAN/CONT remote—without carrying separate meters.

Press WAVE to switch 850 / 980 / 1310 / 1490 / 1550 / 1625 nm and read optical power in the −60~8 dBm range on FC, SC or ST adapters. The matching tracker wand (9 V, often not included) supports cable tracing and SCAN; the OPM side runs from a rechargeable 3.7 V / 700 mAh pack with USB charge and a top LED for dark racks.

Is this the NF-911C / base NF-908 / NF-908L?

No. This SKU is the NF-908S 4-in-1 with wire tracker and SCAN only (EKO-NF-908S). NF-911C is a different Amz size variant; base NF-908 / NF-908L lack the tracker/SCAN package—do not mix them.

Is this the same as the NF-8209 / NF-838 / NF-8509 already in the shop?

No. Those are network cable testers / multimeters without this OPM+VFL six-wavelength stack. The NF-908S is a separate optical + RJ45 tracker kit—do not merge pages.
