The terms that apply when you buy from EkoDeluxe.

About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed on ekodeluxe.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. Delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Your order

We will email you to confirm your order. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Delivery

Dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivered in 5–7 working days after dispatch. See our Delivery policy.

Returns

You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging with all accessories. See Returns.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. See our Refund policy.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will offer a free replacement or a refund, and cover return postage. See Faulty items.

Using our products

Please read the instructions supplied with each instrument and use it as intended.

Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
