Product details

The FNIRSI GC-01 is a compact Geiger counter and personal dosimeter for monitoring ionising radiation. An energy-compensated GM tube detects gamma, X-ray and beta radiation, with live dose-rate readout and cumulative dose logging for site surveys, material checks and personal safety monitoring.

Set custom dose-rate and cumulative-dose alarm thresholds, then choose light, vibration and sound alerts so you know when levels rise. Data is retained after shutdown; the HD LCD and on-device clock keep readings clear in the field.

Key features

  • γ / X / β detection via energy-compensated Geiger-Müller tube
  • Dose rate 0.00–10000 μSv/h (10 mSv/h) and cumulative dose up to 500 mSv
  • Units: μSv/h, μGy/h, mR/h, cps, cpm
  • Alarms: light, vibration and sound (combinable), with preset thresholds
  • HD LCD with real-time clock; data saved on power-off
  • 1100 mAh rechargeable battery, USB-C charge, pocket size 120 × 78 × 27 mm

Specifications

  • Model: GC-01
  • Brand: FNIRSI
  • Detector: Energy-compensated GM tube
  • Rays: γ, X, β (does not detect alpha)
  • Energy range: 48 keV–1.5 MeV ≤±30% (Cs-137)
  • Sensitivity: 80 CPM/μSv (Co-60)

Note: This is a consumer / hobby and industrial screening meter, not a calibrated legal-metrology instrument. It does not detect alpha radiation. Always follow local radiation-safety rules.
