The Victor VC960B is a handheld insulation resistance multimeter tester for electricians and maintenance work on motors, cables and switchgear. It combines five insulation test voltages from 50 V to 1000 V with True RMS multimeter functions, so you can check insulation and everyday voltage or continuity without swapping tools. The English faceplate is marked CAT III 1000 V / CAT IV 600 V, with auto discharge after insulation tests and auto power-off when idle.
