How do I use the TMP610S as an oscilloscope?
Connect the supplied P6100 probe to the BNC input, set the probe and the scope to the same ratio (1:1 or 10:1), clip the earth lead to circuit ground, then touch the probe tip to the test point. Use auto trigger first, then adjust V/div (10 mV–10 V) and timebase (50 ns–20 s) until the waveform is stable.
What are the oscilloscope specifications?
1 channel, 10 MHz bandwidth, 48 MSa/s real-time sampling, 1 MΩ input and AC/DC coupling.
What can the multimeter measure?
DC voltage to 1000 V, AC voltage to 750 V, current from 600 µA to 10 A, resistance, capacitance, frequency, temperature, continuity and diodes, with 60000 count and True RMS.
