Absolutely brilliant for our small galley kitchen. The butterfly lid is a game-changer as it sits right under the worktop without banging into it. The sensor is incredibly responsive when my hands are covered in flour!

A fantastic, premium looking bin that seals in odours really well. My only minor gripe is that it requires 6 AA batteries which aren't included in the box, so make sure you have some ready before it arrives.
I was debating between this and a Joseph Joseph bin, but the EKO won purely on the sensor functionality and the fact I don't have to buy expensive bespoke liners. Tucking standard bags into the inner ring is so easy.
Very sleek design and the 30L size is perfect for our 2-person household. The sensor can be a bit sensitive if you walk very close to it in a tight kitchen, but you quickly get used to the range.
Worth every penny. It looks like a luxury appliance rather than a rubbish bin. The split lid opening is so smooth and quiet, it doesn't wake the dog up like our old pedal bin used to!
